One Bowl Dairy-Free Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • optional raisins

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, almond milk, egg, oil, maple syrup, vanilla and mix well.

  2. Add the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, sea salt, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, and optional raisins if desired.

  3. Divide the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
