Peanut Butter Zoats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • Gluten-free oats (soaked in water)
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 1 scoop peanut butter protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • A squirt of blossom honey
  • 1 tsp milled flax

Toppings

  • Raspberries
  • Cashew and baobab butter
  • Bee pollen
  • Coconut kefir

Preparation

  1. Soak the gluten-free oats in water for a desired time.

  2. Grate 1/2 zucchini if not already done.

  3. Combine the soaked oats with grated zucchini, peanut butter protein, cinnamon, blossom honey, and milled flax in a bowl.

  4. Cook the mixture on the stove or in the microwave until it reaches a porridge-like consistency.

  5. Add toppings: raspberries, cashew and baobab butter, bee pollen, and coconut kefir.
