Peanut Butter Zoats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- Gluten-free oats (soaked in water)
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 1 scoop peanut butter protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A squirt of blossom honey
- 1 tsp milled flax
Toppings
- Raspberries
- Cashew and baobab butter
- Bee pollen
- Coconut kefir
Preparation
Soak the gluten-free oats in water for a desired time.
Grate 1/2 zucchini if not already done.
Combine the soaked oats with grated zucchini, peanut butter protein, cinnamon, blossom honey, and milled flax in a bowl.
Cook the mixture on the stove or in the microwave until it reaches a porridge-like consistency.
Add toppings: raspberries, cashew and baobab butter, bee pollen, and coconut kefir.
