Peanut Tamarind Dip with Veggie Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 2 tsp coconut blossom sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk or water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well

  2. Serve with your favorite veggie rolls
