Plant-Based Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 5 big tablespoons tahini
  • 1.5 cups unbleached organic wheat flour
  • 15 dates
  • 0.75 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • Chopped dark chocolate, preferably 90% cacao

Preparation

  1. Blend 15 dates with 0.75 cup soy milk.

  2. Mix in 5 big tablespoons tahini and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract.

  3. Add 1.5 cups unbleached organic wheat flour and mix well.

  4. Mix in the chopped dark chocolate.

  5. Shape the dough into cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
