Plant-Based Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 5 big tablespoons tahini
- 1.5 cups unbleached organic wheat flour
- 15 dates
- 0.75 cup soy milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- Chopped dark chocolate, preferably 90% cacao
Preparation
Blend 15 dates with 0.75 cup soy milk.
Mix in 5 big tablespoons tahini and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract.
Add 1.5 cups unbleached organic wheat flour and mix well.
Mix in the chopped dark chocolate.
Shape the dough into cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
