Quinoa Granola with Nuts Seeds and Honey
Ingredients
- 2 cup oats
- 2 large handfuls of nuts - I used hazelnuts, almonds & cashews
- 2 tablespoons linseed
- 2 tablespoons pumpkinseeds
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons uncooked quinoa
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup if vegan
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl to make sticky clusters.
Spread onto a baking tray and bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Stir the granola halfway to make sure it bakes evenly.
Serve with a dollop of coconut yogurt in a melon bowl for a fun and compostable option.
