Sweet Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g jumbo oats
  • - 50g almonds
  • - 60g pumpkin seeds
  • - 40g hazelnuts
  • - 2 tbsp of honey
  • - 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp cacao powder -

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then lay out on baking paper

  2. Cook in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 10-12 mins

  3. Allow to cool before serving! •
