Raspberries and Peanut Butter Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup/120 ml oats
  • 1 cup/240 ml plant milk (for example almond, oat or soy)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao

Toppings

  • big handful of raspberries (I used a few whole fresh ones and also mashed some fresh ones to a puré)
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • quinoa puffs (I used @gogoquinoa )
  • chia seeds
  • sliced banana
  • a few leaves of fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Cook the oatmeal on medium heat for a few minutes until you reach desired thickness.

  2. Top with raspberries, peanut butter and whichever other toppings you like.

  3. Enjoy!
