Raspberries and Peanut Butter Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/120 ml oats
- 1 cup/240 ml plant milk (for example almond, oat or soy)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
Toppings
- big handful of raspberries (I used a few whole fresh ones and also mashed some fresh ones to a puré)
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
- quinoa puffs (I used @gogoquinoa )
- chia seeds
- sliced banana
- a few leaves of fresh mint
Preparation
Cook the oatmeal on medium heat for a few minutes until you reach desired thickness.
Top with raspberries, peanut butter and whichever other toppings you like.
