Raspberry and Apple Porridge Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 200g porridge oats
  • 500 ml water
  • 500 ml soya milk
  • 150g raspberries
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cook everything together in a pan until thick and creamy.

  2. Top with apple slices, raspberries, sunflower seeds, Brazil nut butter, and maple syrup.

  3. This makes enough for two hungry people or four smaller portions.
