Raspberry and Apple Porridge Breakfast
Ingredients
- 200g porridge oats
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml soya milk
- 150g raspberries
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Cook everything together in a pan until thick and creamy.
Top with apple slices, raspberries, sunflower seeds, Brazil nut butter, and maple syrup.
This makes enough for two hungry people or four smaller portions.
