Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Zest and Parmesan
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- lemon zest
Optional
- grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Trim Brussels sprouts and cut large ones in half
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until tender and browned
Toss with lemon zest after roasting
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired
