Simple Rolled Omelette with Chilies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 red chilies
- 1 green onion
- Salt, to taste
- Mushroom stock, to taste
- 1 teaspoon flour, optional
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly brush it with oil.
Pour a portion of the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Cook on medium-low heat until it sets, then gently roll it to one side. Pour more egg mixture and roll again to wrap the first roll. Continue until all mixture is used and the egg is fully cooked.
Remove the rolled omelette from the pan, let it cool slightly, then slice it as desired and serve.
