Sweet Chilli Pumpkin Pizza

Ingredients

  • 120g wholemeal bread
  • Half pack of roast readybites
  • 1 tablespoon Thai sweet chilli sauce
  • 40g grated mozzarella

Optional additions

  • Beaten egg for brushing
  • Orange lustre dust

Preparation

  1. Pull the roast readybites into smaller pieces

  2. Add the Thai sweet chilli sauce and split the grated mozzarella into the filling

  3. Assemble the filling into the wholemeal bread and shape into a pumpkin by pulling up the center and pinching to form a stalk

  4. Wrap the shaped pumpkin with cooking string to create panels

  5. Optionally, brush the exterior with beaten egg

  6. Bake at full temperature for 10 minutes

  7. Snip the cooking strings after baking

  8. Brush the surface with orange lustre dust

  9. Optionally, cut faces into the pumpkins for decoration
