Vegetarian Pigs in Blankets Ring Pizza

Ingredients

  • 90g wholemeal base
  • BBQ sauce
  • 60g grated mozzarella
  • 15g extra mature cheddar
  • 8 plant-based cocktail sausages
  • 2 slices plant-based pastrami
  • 3g pizza sauce
  • Smoked paprika flakes (to taste)
  • Salad (for serving)

Dipping sauce components

  • Additional BBQ sauce (as needed)

Preparation

  1. Form the wholemeal base into a ring shape

  2. Place BBQ sauce in the center of the ring

  3. Wrap the plant-based cocktail sausages and pastrami, then partially cook them

  4. Add the grated mozzarella and extra mature cheddar to the pizza

  5. Bake in a very hot oven for 9 minutes

  6. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing the pizza sauce with smoked paprika flakes and additional BBQ sauce
