Thick Chocolate Brownie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 60g rolled oats (gf if required)
  • 3 tbsp any yogurt (e.g., coconut)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate spread (e.g., Sweet Freedom Choc Shot or hot chocolate powder)
  • 5 tbsp boiling water

Preparation

  1. Mix boiling water and oats in a bowl.

  2. Leave for 2 minutes to thicken.

  3. Add yogurt and chocolate spread into the bowl, then stir to combine.

  4. Spoon the mixture into a container with a lid (e.g., an empty Sweet Freedom tub), cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least an hour.
