Thick Chocolate Brownie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 60g rolled oats (gf if required)
- 3 tbsp any yogurt (e.g., coconut)
- 2 tbsp chocolate spread (e.g., Sweet Freedom Choc Shot or hot chocolate powder)
- 5 tbsp boiling water
Preparation
Mix boiling water and oats in a bowl.
Leave for 2 minutes to thicken.
Add yogurt and chocolate spread into the bowl, then stir to combine.
Spoon the mixture into a container with a lid (e.g., an empty Sweet Freedom tub), cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least an hour.
