Zombie Fingers Mash with Blood Gravy
Ingredients
- Marabel potatoes
- Tender stem broccoli
- 4 vegetarian sausages (Little Willies Lincolnshire)
- Spring onions
Gravy
- Water
- Tesco rich and smokey stockpot
- Tomato puree
- Schwartz onion salt
- Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Red food coloring
Preparation
Dice the Marabel potatoes, boil until soft, and mash them with no added butter as they are naturally buttery.
Air fry the vegetarian sausages until they are cooked through and golden brown.
In a pan, combine water, Tesco rich and smokey stockpot, tomato puree, Schwartz onion salt, garlic powder, cornflour, and red food coloring; heat and stir until the mixture thickens into gravy.
Prepare tender stem broccoli and spring onions by steaming or chopping them for use as a side or garnish.
Assemble the dish by placing the mashed potatoes on a plate, adding the sausages as zombie fingers, incorporating the broccoli and spring onions, and pouring the red gravy over the top.
