Cheese Samosa with Feta and Halloumi Filling

Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Filling

  • 1 cup grated halloumi
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

For frying

  • corn oil

Preparation

  1. Combine the dough ingredients and knead until smooth, then let rest for about 30 minutes.

  2. Mix the filling ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Roll out the dough, cut into shapes, fill with the cheese mixture, and seal the edges securely.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

  5. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
