Cheese Samosa with Feta and Halloumi Filling
Ingredients
Dough
- 3 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
Filling
- 1 cup grated halloumi
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
For frying
- corn oil
Preparation
Combine the dough ingredients and knead until smooth, then let rest for about 30 minutes.
Mix the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll out the dough, cut into shapes, fill with the cheese mixture, and seal the edges securely.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
