Brazilian Chocolate Blender Cake
Ingredients
Batter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Frosting
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Place all batter ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 20 to 25 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
Frosting
Mix all frosting ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a boil
Pour over the cake and let cool before cutting
