Brazilian Chocolate Blender Cake

Ingredients

Batter

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Frosting

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Preparation

  1. Place all batter ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 20 to 25 minutes

  3. Remove from oven and let cool

Frosting

  1. Mix all frosting ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a boil

  2. Pour over the cake and let cool before cutting
