Chocolate Strawberry Layered Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 4 cans of milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 cans of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2 boxes of strawberries
  • 500 g milk chocolate bar

Preparation

  1. Heat condensed milk, milk, cornstarch, and egg yolks in a saucepan, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

  2. Once the cream is ready, pour into a serving dish to cool, then top with 1 box of washed and chopped strawberries and set aside.

  3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then mix well with the heavy cream, and pour over the reserved white cream layer.

  4. Top with the remaining box of chopped strawberries, and if desired, shave 50g of chocolate on top for decoration.
