Baked Vanilla Soy Milk Flan

Ingredients

  • 1 liter vanilla soy milk
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 50 grams cornstarch
  • 4 grams agar agar
  • 80 grams margarine
  • puff pastry

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 liter of vanilla soy milk, 120 grams of sugar, 50 grams of cornstarch, and 4 grams of agar agar.

  2. Place on medium heat and stir until thickened.

  3. Remove from heat and add 80 grams of margarine once thickened.

  4. Line a high mold (16-18 cm) with puff pastry and pour the mixture into it.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
