Easy Pan-Fried Liver Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 500 g liver
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • spices to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the liver into small cubes.

  2. Fry the vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil, let them cool, and add to the liver.

  3. Add egg, spices (such as salt, black pepper, and dry garlic), sour cream, and flour, then mix everything together.

  4. Fry the mixture on both sides for 5 minutes each, with the second side covered on medium heat.
