Pasta with Meatballs on the Disc

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 kg ground meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • Handful of bread crumbs soaked in milk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour

Sauce

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek stalk
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ground chili
  • Paprika
  • 1.5 liters tomato sauce
  • 1 liter water

Pasta

  • Fideos or pasta for 6 servings

Preparation

  1. Mix the meatball ingredients and form into balls.

  2. Cook the meatballs on a disc or in a skillet until browned.

  3. Sauté the sauce vegetables in a pot or disc.

  4. Add seasonings, tomato sauce, and 500 ml of water to the sauce and simmer.

  5. When ready, add the pasta and remaining 500 ml of water to the sauce and cook until pasta is done.

  6. Combine with the meatballs and serve.
