Sooji Cutlets from Leftover Upma

Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover Upma
  • 1/4 cup boiled potatoes
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • chat masala
  • coriander
  • green chilies

Preparation

  1. Add 1 cup of leftover Upma to a bowl.

  2. Add 1/4 cup of boiled potatoes to the bowl.

  3. Add chili powder, salt, chat masala, coriander, and green chilies, then mix all ingredients well.

  4. Shape the mixture into small patties and shallow fry them on a skillet.
