Fried Beef Satay

Ingredients

  • 350 grams beef
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 3 shallots, cut large
  • 5 bird's eye chilies, sliced diagonally
  • 3 large green chilies, sliced into rounds
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Cut the beef into cubes. Boil with a pinch of salt and bay leaves until tender.

  2. Sauté the thinly sliced shallots and bird's eye chilies.

  3. Add the boiled beef, including the bay leaves if desired, and sauté.

  4. Add salt, a generous amount of pepper, and sweet soy sauce. Stir until well mixed and fragrant.

  5. After mixing evenly, add the large cut shallots and large green chilies. Stir briefly.

  6. It is ready to serve.

Tips

  1. You can use a pressure cooker to boil the beef if desired for faster cooking.
