Indonesian Fried Stuffed Tofu

Ingredients

  • Fried tofu
  • 100 grams chicken fillet
  • 50 grams tapioca flour
  • 3 cloves garlic (sliced and fried)
  • 1.5 tablespoons egg white
  • Ice water
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend the chicken, egg white, salt, and pepper with a hand blender until smooth. Then add tapioca flour and ice water and knead until well combined.

  2. Cut the fried tofu into triangular shapes, flip it, and stuff with the mixture.

  3. Fry until golden brown and crispy.

Tips

  1. Eat while hot with bird's eye chili.
