Layered Oreo Milk Pudding
Ingredients
Mixture a
- 5 teaspoons plain agar
- 900 ml liquid milk
- 100 ml liquid whipped cream
- 75-100 grams granulated sugar
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- 50 ml hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste or powder
- a pinch of salt
Mixture b
- 1250 ml liquid milk
- 6 teaspoons plain agar
- 100-125 grams granulated sugar
- 5-7 Oreo cookies
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Prepare a 24 cm diameter pan and sprinkle it with water, then set aside.
Mix all ingredients for Mixture A except the whipped cream and stir until boiling.
Turn off the heat, add the whipped cream, and stir until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the pan and wait until it is fully set.
Prepare Mixture B, cook while stirring until boiling, then remove from heat and leave some in the pot.
Add the Oreo cookies to the removed mixture and stir evenly until the hot steam is gone.
Press the edges of the set pudding in the pan, use a spatula to gently lift the edges, and pour the Oreo mixture around the edges.
Repeat on the other sides until the Oreo mixture covers the base of the pan.
Stir the remaining white mixture to prevent hardening or heat it over very low heat.
Wait for the poured pudding in the pan to set, then pour the heated white mixture over it.
Let it set completely and cool in the refrigerator.
