Fish and Chips with Salted Egg Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 dory fish fillet, cut into 2 pieces
Wet coating
- 1 glass liquid milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
Dry coating
- All-purpose seasoned flour
Sauce
- Liquid milk as needed
- 2-3 tablespoons salted egg powder by Emaku Indonesia
Accompaniments
- Potato wedges or french fries
Preparation
Prepare potato wedges by cutting potatoes into wedges and frying until golden and crispy.
Dip the fish in the wet coating, then coat with dry coating and repeat the process twice while pressing.
Fry the fish until golden, remove and drain.
Warm the liquid milk, add salted egg powder, stir well, cook until thickened to desired consistency and adjust taste.
Serve the fish and chips with the salted egg sauce.
