Creamy Tiramisu with Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 90 grams egg yolks (about 4 yolks)
  • 75 grams granulated sugar
  • 250 grams mascarpone
  • 300 grams fresh cream
  • 250 grams espresso coffee or moka pot coffee
  • 200 grams ladyfingers
  • unsweetened cocoa for decoration

Preparation

  1. Whip egg yolks and sugar together until pale and thick

  2. Gently fold in mascarpone to the egg mixture until smooth

  3. Whip the fresh cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the mascarpone mixture

  4. Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee and layer them in a dish

  5. Add a layer of the cream mixture, repeat layering as desired

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least a few hours until set

  7. Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa before serving
