Spicy Korean Tteokbokki Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- Pre-made rice cake
- Sausage
- Green onion, to taste
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons cheese mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Mushroom stock, to taste
- Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Boil the rice cake until soft and set aside.
Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add sausage and cook until half done.
Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, and cheese mayonnaise, then stir well.
Add the rice cake, stir, and pour in a little water.
Add green onion, salt, pepper, and mushroom stock.
Cook until the water reduces and the sauce thickens.
Finally, pour melted mozzarella cheese on top.
Notes
Use store-bought pre-made rice cake for convenience.
