Indonesian Nasi Gila Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 sliced sausages
- Meatballs (beef, chicken, or fish), as needed, sliced
- 1 scrambled egg
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion
- Red and green chilies, as needed, sliced diagonally
- Green onions
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- Seasoning powder (Royco), as needed
- Pepper, as needed
- Oil for sautéing
- Water, as needed
Preparation
Sauté garlic, shallots, and chilies until fragrant.
Add sliced sausages, sliced meatballs, seasoning powder, and scrambled egg, then add water as needed.
Add oyster sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, and pepper.
Stir evenly until seasonings are absorbed.
Just before removing from heat, add green onions, stir, and remove.
Serve with warm rice and fried shallot garnish.
