Vegan Stuffed Lebanese Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup minced vegan meat
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- Lebanese bread
Preparation
Mix the minced vegan meat with grated onion, crushed garlic, tomato paste, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the mixture into Lebanese bread.
Toast in the oven or grill for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with fried potatoes and cauliflower.
