Turkish Bulgur Meatballs with Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300g Bulgur
  • 600ml Boiling Water
  • 150g Semolina
  • 20g Flour
  • 15g Tomato Paste
  • 15g Pepper Paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 4g Cumin

Sauce

  • 40ml Olive Oil
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 25g Pepper Paste
  • 2 Grated Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Bunch Parsley

Preparation

  1. Soak the bulgur in boiling water for 15 minutes.

  2. Add all the ingredients and mix.

  3. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Cook the mixture.

Sauce

  1. Fry the garlic in oil.

  2. Add pepper paste, tomato and salt.

  3. After cooking, add the meatballs.

  4. Turn off the heat and add the parsley.

Notes
