Persian Walnut and Saffron Sweet Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 ground walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron
