Holiday Fermented Sesame Bread
Ingredients
Dough
- 800 grams flour
- 600 milliliters water
- 42 grams fresh yeast
- 9 grams salt
- 7 grams sugar
Sesame seeds
- Sesame seeds (quantity not specified)
Preparation
Cook and crush the sesame seeds.
Knead all the dough ingredients to form a soft dough.
Ferment the dough for 2 hours.
Grease your hands, shape the dough, coat with sesame, and wrap.
Ferment in the tray for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a controlled manner.
