Dough

  • 800 grams flour
  • 600 milliliters water
  • 42 grams fresh yeast
  • 9 grams salt
  • 7 grams sugar

Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook and crush the sesame seeds.

  2. Knead all the dough ingredients to form a soft dough.

  3. Ferment the dough for 2 hours.

  4. Grease your hands, shape the dough, coat with sesame, and wrap.

  5. Ferment in the tray for 15 minutes.

  6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a controlled manner.
