Stuffed Figs with Walnut Filling
Ingredients
- 15 figs
- 15 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup water
- Walnuts for filling
Preparation
Wash the figs thoroughly with water.
Cut the stems of the figs and shape them as desired, then stuff with walnuts.
Place each fig in a pan and sprinkle a teaspoon of powdered sugar on top.
Add 1 cup of water and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Optionally, melt a tablespoon of butter and pour it over the figs.
Serve the dessert decorated as you wish.
