Stuffed Figs with Walnut Filling

Ingredients

  • 15 figs
  • 15 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Walnuts for filling

Preparation

  1. Wash the figs thoroughly with water.

  2. Cut the stems of the figs and shape them as desired, then stuff with walnuts.

  3. Place each fig in a pan and sprinkle a teaspoon of powdered sugar on top.

  4. Add 1 cup of water and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Optionally, melt a tablespoon of butter and pour it over the figs.

  6. Serve the dessert decorated as you wish.
