Vegetarian No-Bake Chicken-Style Mushroom Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Button mushrooms
  • Naked Glory roast ready bites
  • Water
  • Massel chicken-style stock powder
  • Schwartz onion salt
  • Schwartz garlic powder
  • Schwartz tarragon
  • Schwartz white pepper
  • 3 The Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Tesco butter spread
  • Fresh parsley
  • Broccoli

Preparation

  1. Slice the potatoes and cook them in an air fryer until crispy.

  2. Finely slice the button mushrooms and fry them in 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan.

  3. Add the Naked Glory roast ready bites to the pan with the mushrooms and cook together.

  4. Add water, Massel chicken-style stock powder, Schwartz onion salt, garlic powder, tarragon, and white pepper to the pan.

  5. Stir in the 3 The Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles until they melt and form a sauce.

  6. Chop the spinach and add it to the pan, cooking until wilted.

  7. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and top with the air-fried potatoes.

  8. Cook the broccoli in salted water for a few minutes until tender.

  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
