Vegetarian No-Bake Chicken-Style Mushroom Pot Pie
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Button mushrooms
- Naked Glory roast ready bites
- Water
- Massel chicken-style stock powder
- Schwartz onion salt
- Schwartz garlic powder
- Schwartz tarragon
- Schwartz white pepper
- 3 The Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Tesco butter spread
- Fresh parsley
- Broccoli
Preparation
Slice the potatoes and cook them in an air fryer until crispy.
Finely slice the button mushrooms and fry them in 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan.
Add the Naked Glory roast ready bites to the pan with the mushrooms and cook together.
Add water, Massel chicken-style stock powder, Schwartz onion salt, garlic powder, tarragon, and white pepper to the pan.
Stir in the 3 The Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles until they melt and form a sauce.
Chop the spinach and add it to the pan, cooking until wilted.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and top with the air-fried potatoes.
Cook the broccoli in salted water for a few minutes until tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
