Bangkit Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

  • 250g steamed tapioca flour
  • 225g corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 70g grated cheddar cheese
  • 180g icing sugar
  • 250g butter
  • 2 egg yolks

Topping

  • 2 egg yolks
  • A little yellow food coloring
  • Grated cheddar cheese as needed

Preparation

  1. Beat icing sugar with butter until fluffy and creamy

  2. Add other ingredients and mix well to form dough

  3. Shape the dough and press into desired molds then arrange in greased tray

  4. Bake at 150-160°C for 10 minutes

  5. Remove from oven, brush the surface of the biscuits with egg yolk mixed with coloring, then sprinkle with grated cheese

  6. Bake again for 7-10 minutes

  7. Done
