Easy Brazilian Cassava Coconut Cake
Ingredients
- 1 kg cassava
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 250 ml milk
- 100 grams shredded coconut (or in pieces)
- 300 grams sugar
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Peel the cassava, cut into pieces and blend with milk
Add sugar, margarine, and eggs and blend again
Add shredded coconut or coconut pieces and blend again
Transfer to a buttered baking pan
Bake in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes
