Heaping Bowl of Peanut-Buttery Pumpkin Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • dash vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Top with pecans, peanut butter, and more chia seeds.
