Mini Baked Oats with Persimmon and Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- half chopped persimmon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- protein powder
- flaxseed
- vanilla extract
- maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into an oven-safe dish or dishes.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Top with sliced persimmon, honey, cacao nibs, and chopped pecans.
