Mini Baked Oats with Persimmon and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • half chopped persimmon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • protein powder
  • flaxseed
  • vanilla extract
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Pour into an oven-safe dish or dishes.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Top with sliced persimmon, honey, cacao nibs, and chopped pecans.
