Homemade Mini Pizza with Vegetables

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 packet yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Flour as needed

Toppings

  • 1 dry sausage
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • Some corn
  • Optional mushrooms
  • Tomatoes

Sauce

  • 150 grams tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste

Cheese topping

  • Grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Knead the dough and let it rise

  2. While the dough is rising, prepare the vegetables, sausage, and make the sauce by mixing the ingredients

  3. After rising, divide the dough into balls and let them rest for 10 minutes

  4. Roll out each dough ball, spread the sauce on it, and add the toppings

  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated 200°C fan oven until done
