Vegan Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup vegan milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then separately do the same with the wet ingredients and then combine the two into a batter.
Mix in the chocolate chips and then pour the batter into a lined and greased baking tray.
Place the tray into a pre-heated oven at 180 Celsius for 35 minutes or until it is cooked in the middle, checked by poking a stick in and seeing if it comes out dry.
Let it cool for 30 minutes.
