Vegetarian Lasagne with Mighty Mince
Ingredients
- About half a bag of Morrisons Plant Revolution Mighty Mince
- 250ml water
- One Knorr vegetable stock pot
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Chilli puree
- Sweet smoked paprika
- About half a tube of tomato puree
- 250ml boiling water
- 6 Laughing Cow Lightest Cheese Triangles
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Garlic powder
- Onion salt
- A little mustard
- 3 lasagne sheets
- Grated mozzarella
- Grated smoked cheddar
Preparation
Cook the sauce ingredients together until thick, adding sweetener if needed for taste.
Whisk the cheese triangles into 250ml boiling water, then add the cornflour mixed with a little cold water, garlic powder, onion salt, and a little mustard to make the cheese sauce.
Part-cook the lasagne sheets in boiling water.
Layer the sauce, cheese sauce, and lasagne sheets in a baking dish.
Bake in the oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.
Top with grated mozzarella and smoked cheddar, then bake for another 9 minutes.
Tips
Adjust the sweetness of the sauce based on personal preference.
Part-cooking the lasagne sheets can help ensure they cook evenly.
