Grilled Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients

  • 125g dark chocolate, e.g. 70%
  • 125g butter
  • 125g sugar
  • 75g flour
  • 3 Swiss eggs
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Melt butter and chocolate, let cool

  2. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy

  3. Stir in flour and salt

  4. Fold in chocolate-butter mixture

  5. Grease muffin tins, fill to 2/3

  6. Preheat grill to about 220°C with indirect heat

  7. Grill the cakes for 7-10 minutes, the center should still be slightly liquid
