Grilled Chocolate Lava Cakes
Ingredients
- 125g dark chocolate, e.g. 70%
- 125g butter
- 125g sugar
- 75g flour
- 3 Swiss eggs
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Melt butter and chocolate, let cool
Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy
Stir in flour and salt
Fold in chocolate-butter mixture
Grease muffin tins, fill to 2/3
Preheat grill to about 220°C with indirect heat
Grill the cakes for 7-10 minutes, the center should still be slightly liquid
