Teflon-Pan Grilled Squid

Ingredients

  • 250g squid, cleaned of black ink

Spices

  • 3 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Bird's eye chili
  • Green onion
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Slice all onions and chili thinly, then sauté onions and chili, add squid, and stir evenly.

  2. After squid is somewhat cooked, add all sauces, soy sauce, and salt.

  3. Sauté until fully cooked.

  4. Prepare a teflon pan, grill the squid in the pan or directly over fire, coat with the spice mixture, and grill until golden brown.
