Broken Wheat and Sago Sweet Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup broken wheat
- 1/2 cup sago
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
- 1.5 cups water
Preparation
Boil 1.5 cups of water in a pot.
Add broken wheat and sago, and cook until soft and tender.
Stir in grated coconut, sugar, and cardamom powder.
In a small pan, heat ghee and fry chopped nuts until golden.
Add the fried nuts to the mixture and mix well.
Serve warm as a snack or dessert.
