Broken Wheat and Sago Sweet Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broken wheat
  • 1/2 cup sago
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
  • 1.5 cups water

Preparation

  1. Boil 1.5 cups of water in a pot.

  2. Add broken wheat and sago, and cook until soft and tender.

  3. Stir in grated coconut, sugar, and cardamom powder.

  4. In a small pan, heat ghee and fry chopped nuts until golden.

  5. Add the fried nuts to the mixture and mix well.

  6. Serve warm as a snack or dessert.
