Creamy Chocolate Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 5 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup short-grain rice
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate

Garnish

  • grated chocolate
  • nuts

Preparation

  1. In a pot, place the rice and add 2 cups of water, then put it on medium heat until the water is fully absorbed, the rice is cooked, and the texture becomes sticky.

  2. In another pot, add the cooked rice, milk, and sugar, and let it boil with continuous stirring until it becomes thick.

  3. Add the chocolate and continue stirring until it is well incorporated.

  4. Transfer the rice pudding to a serving dish or small bowls and refrigerate until completely cooled.

  5. Sprinkle some grated chocolate and nuts over the rice pudding and serve.
