Creamy Brazilian Corn Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sweet corn
  • 1 liter of milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • ground cinnamon for garnish

Preparation

  1. Blend the corn with half of the milk in a blender

  2. Strain and place the liquid back in the blender, then add the remaining milk, salt, sugar, and cornstarch

  3. Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, stirring constantly

  4. Pour into a greased pudding mold

  5. After cooling, unmold and sprinkle cinnamon on top
