Creamy Brazilian Corn Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cans of sweet corn
- 1 liter of milk
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
- ground cinnamon for garnish
Preparation
Blend the corn with half of the milk in a blender
Strain and place the liquid back in the blender, then add the remaining milk, salt, sugar, and cornstarch
Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, stirring constantly
Pour into a greased pudding mold
After cooling, unmold and sprinkle cinnamon on top
