Honey Soy Garlic Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 1 boneless skin-on chicken thigh
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Garlic, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup or chili sauce
- Cornstarch for coating
Preparation
Coat the chicken thigh with cornstarch
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat
Cook the chicken until skin is crispy and browned
In a separate bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and ketchup or chili sauce to make the sauce
Add the sauce to the skillet with the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked
Tips
Use as much garlic as preferred for enhanced flavor
Opt for raw, unfiltered honey like Cali Valley for a richer taste
