Malaysian Beef Stir-Fry with Soy Sauce

- Beef
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Oil
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Black pepper
- Sweet soy sauce
- Soy sauce
- Chili sauce
- Onion (optional)
- Chili (optional)
Preparation
Mix the beef with salt and turmeric
Put the mixture into a pan and cook until the beef's water dries out
Add oil
Add red onion, garlic, ginger, and coarsely pounded black pepper
Add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce then mix until the sauce coats the beef evenly
Sprinkle with onion or chili if desired
Tips
Add more oil because it is intended to be mixed with rice
If you are on a diet, avoid making it this way as it may not be suitable
The beef's water will automatically release when cooked in the pan, so no need to add extra water, and it will remain tender
