Plum Fruit Leather

Ingredients

  • 2 kilograms plums
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teacup water
  • Parchment paper

Optional additions

  • Walnuts

Preparation

  1. Wash and pit the plums

  2. Cook the plums with sugar and water until soft and broken down

  3. Puree the mixture until smooth

  4. Spread the puree evenly on parchment paper

  5. Dry in a low oven or under the sun until it forms a leathery texture

  6. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container
