Tasty Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Pumpkin Waffles
Ingredients
- 60g buckwheat flour
- 30g vegan low FODMAP chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder cinnamon
- 100g pumpkin purée (use jar)
- 20g stevia
- 10g cocoa powder
- 1 egg replacement (chia egg)
- 10g coconut oil
- 130g almond milk
Preparation
If you won't use protein powder, substitute it with more flour
Combine all the ingredients without over mixing
Bake each waffle for around 6 minutes
Do not open the waffle iron too early to prevent the waffles from sticking
