Tasty Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients

  • 60g buckwheat flour
  • 30g vegan low FODMAP chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder cinnamon
  • 100g pumpkin purée (use jar)
  • 20g stevia
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg replacement (chia egg)
  • 10g coconut oil
  • 130g almond milk

Preparation

  1. If you won't use protein powder, substitute it with more flour

  2. Combine all the ingredients without over mixing

  3. Bake each waffle for around 6 minutes

  4. Do not open the waffle iron too early to prevent the waffles from sticking
